An Afghan provincial spokesman says a roadside bombing of a packed minibus in the country's west has killed 14 people, , according to AP. Rafi Behrozan, the spokesman for the Herat governor says the victims in Thursday's blast of the crowded minibus were all members of an extended family. He says four other people were also wounded in the powerful explosion in the Kushk Kuhna district of Herat province. He says two additional bombs were found nearby on the same road and were defused by Afghan policemen.
