Slovakia and Hungary can only be successful in Europe if they see past their differences and strengthen cooperation, dpa cited the leaders of the two countries as saying Tuesday. "Either we are successful together, or not at all," Hungarian Premier Viktor Orban said after talks with his Slovakian counterpart Iveta Radicova in Bratislava. Radicova said the two neighbours "had more that bound them together than separated them," even though relations have been dogged by ethnic problems. The two leaders sought to play down the ethnic tensions and stressed the positive aspects of their bilateral relations, including an agreement on a joint north-south gas pipeline.
