President Omer El-Basheer of The Sudan returned back to Khartoum from Ethiopia where he led his country's delegation to the 5th Federal conference. Secretary General for the Decentralized Governance Council Prof. Al-Ameen Dafa'allah, said in a statement at Khartoum International airport that the Sudanese president met with a number of African presidents and heads of state on the sidelines of the meeting and discussed with them bilateral relations, south Sudan referendum and the issue of Darfur.
