OPEC Oil Gains More than One U.S. Dollar

Hijjah 24, 1431, Nov 30, 2010, SPA -- Oil pumped by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) regained $1.11 at the start of the week, the group said Tuesday.
OPEC's basket price settled at $83.45 dollars per barrel (159
liters) on Monday, further recovering from the decline of the past
weeks, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA."
The rise came amid increased confidence in the markets, after European Union members decided on a rescue package for Ireland on the weekend, analysts at Commerzbank said in Frankfurt.
