Health Care Program Beneficiaries are over 5,000 Patients: MOH Official

Hijjah 23, 1431, Nov 29, 2010, SPA -- The beneficiaries of the Health Care Program of the Ministry of Health (MOH) throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are over 5000 patients, according to an official of the MOH.
"This equals building of 10 hospitals with an in-patient 500-beds medical facility," said Deputy Health Minister for Executive Affairs Dr. Mansour Al-Hawasi during the opening of a MOH-sponsored training course for Home Health Care Programs' managers.
"Within the framework of directives of the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz AL Rabiah and the Ministry's objectives aiming to serve patients and provide comfort and solace to them; 80 vehicles have been added to the program Kingdom-wide," he added.
