Hijjah 18, 1431, Nov 24, 2010, SPA -- The results of Afghanistan's Sept. 18 parliamentary poll are still not complete, with winners in one province not yet finalized, the head of the Independent Election Commission (IEC) said on Wednesday. IEC Chairman Fazl Ahmad Manawi said results in Ghazni province southwest of Kabul had still to be determined. The other 33 provinces plus one seat for Kuchi nomads would be announced, he was quoted as saying by Reuters. "We are not planning to hold another election in any place," Manawi told a news conference.
