Qa'dah 27, 1431 H/ Nov. 04, 2010, SPA -- Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), today lauded the GCC Information ministers council meeting which was concluded in Kuwait earlier today. In a statement following the meeting, he told reporters that the issues discussed would contribute to the enhancement of the media common march, led by the Information Strategy of the GCC member states which, for the first time, received consensus. He said the information ministers have carried out all decisions and recommendations assigned to them by the GCC supreme council. He said the ministers accepted the admission of Yemen to the Joint Programs Production Foundation.
