Int'l Conference on Impact of Human Congregations, Crowds Kicks off Its Activities

Qa'dah 15, 1431 H/Oct 23, 2010, SPA -- On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabiah inaugurated here this evening the opening ceremony of the International Conference on the Impact of Human Congregations, Assemblies and Crowds on Public Health, organized by the Ministry of Health with the participation of Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohiuddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information and Dr. Fouad bin Abdulsalam Al-Farsi, Minister of Hajj.
More than 500 guests, including 30 experts, a number of Arab and Gulf ministers, a string of experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) and its Director General Dr. Margaret Chan are also among the attendees in this conference.
