Qa'dah 12, 1431 / Oct. 20, 2010, SPA -- Meetings of the Executive Bureau of the Council of Arab Ministers Concerned with Environment Affairs began here today.
Prince Turki bin Nasir bin Abdulaziz, General President of Meteorology and Environment Protection chaired the meetings and delivered a speech on issues concerning climate change.
