Chechnya Parliament Attacked; 3 Dead

Qa'dah 11, 1431, Oct 19, 2010, SPA -- Armed men entered the Chechnyan Parliament Tuesday morning and opened fire, killing at least three people, authorities said.
RIA Novosti quoted medical personnel as saying that there were at least three dead and 13 injured.
