Qa'dah 8, 1431 H/Oct 16, 2010, SPA -- Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari expressed his country's desire to strengthen bilateral relations with the United States of America for a broad long-term base to include all fields of common interest. This came during a meeting chaired by the Pakistani President at the presidential palace here today and attended by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ashfaq Pervez Kayani, and a number of federal ministers and senior government officials to discuss the axes of the next round of strategic dialogue between Pakistan and the United States.
