Qaeda 1431 H. / 13 October 2010, SPA -- The British capital of London is set to host on Monday the GCC days event, its 7th leg of a tour which took it to Paris in 2004, Brussels 2005, Berlin 2006, The Hague 2007, Madrid 2008 and Rome 2009. In a press statement, the GCC Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah said London was chosen to host this event due to the political leverage of the United Kingdom and its firm relations with the GCC member states. He said the activity would include three symposia on the GCC - British relations, economic cooperation between the two sides and the developmental role of the GCC women.
