Israeli aircraft injure three in strike on car in Gaza Strip

Israeli aircraft struck a car traveling south of
Gaza City late Thursday afternoon, wounding three people, dpa quoted Palestinian
medical officials and witnesses as saying.
An Israeli military spokeswoman said she was checking
the report.
According to the witnesses, the Golf car was hit by one missile.
Medical officials confirmed the three people injured in the strike
were taken to a hospital in the centre of the Gaza Strip.
The strike came hours after Israeli aircraft hit targets belonging
to Hamas in an overnight raid.
