Bahrain's Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met yesterday in New York his British counterpart William Hague, who stressed his country's keenness on Bahrain's security and stability. The two sides discussed the work of joint economic committee, which was established following during King Hamad bin Isa Al Halifax's visit to Britain. The panel is scheduled to convene its first meeting in the first week of November, according to a report of Bahrain's News Agency (BNA). Hague has also accepted an invitation by his Bahraini counterpart to attend the Manama Dialogue, scheduled for early December, to address key regional and international issues.
