Head of the Asian Soccer Federation Mohammad bin Hammam congratulated Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare, for special needs national team's winning of world soccer trophy.
In a telephone call today, Mohammad bin Hammam described the win as a historic achievement.
