Six people were killed and four were injured when a truck crashed into a house in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality Monday afternoon, local authorities said early Tuesday. The accident occurred at 2:30 p.m. Monday when the truck collided with a car and then crashed into the four-storey house, Xinhua reported. The house in Chongqing's Zhongxian County was destroyed in the accident. As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, five bodies had been recovered and three survivors had been rescued from the rubble. But one of those survivors died on the way to hospital. Two people near the house were also injured in the accident. All of the injured have been hospitalized. No survivors have been found since 1 a.m. Tuesday but rescue work is ongoing.
