The paper pointed out that the 9th Development Plan approved by the Cabinet at its meeting on Monday reflects the ambitions of the Leadership for attaining progress and prosperity. The paper noted that the 9th Development Plan will give the utmost attention to the requirements of citizens and development of human resources.
