based Al-Nadwa said King Abdullah at the Cabinet meeting yesterday issued his directives to all concerned organs and authorities to implement the ninth development plan at the fixed time, adding that the King's directives provide a clear evidence for the great attention given by him to the citizens and the country. The King is keen on enabling the Kingdom to catch up the train of developed courtiers and also enabling the citizens to benefit from fruits of the development plan, noted the paper. The paper pointed out that SR 1, 444 billion will be allocated for the ninth development plan, which means that the development plan aims at the development of human resources and diversification and broadening the economic base as well as extending support to the private sector.
