MWL's secretary-general Dr Abdullah al-Turki received here today Head of the Islamic society in China Hilaluddin. Speaking on the occasion, Hilaluddin hailed the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the service of minorities as well as its role in building mosques and providing Islamic libraries with Islamic books. Dr al-Turki also received here today member of parliament in Ghana Ibrahim Kojakoi. They reviewed issues pertaining to the requirements of Muslims in Ghana. Meanwhile Kojakoi praised the assistance being extended by the IIRO, an affiliate of the MWL, to the poor people in Africa. On the other hand, Dr al-Turki met here today Dr Mohammed Yousef Hajer, the secretary general of the Islamic organization in Latin America and Caribbean sea. Dr Hajer underscored the importance of the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah ibn Abdul-Aziz for conducting dialogue among followers of cultures and religions. Moreover, Dr al-Turki met here today Dr Abdel-Khaliq Kadi, the dean of the Islamic college in the Austrian city of Preston. Dr Kadi reiterated the need of the college for enhancing cooperation with the MWL.
