International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO) organized yesterday evening a reception ceremony in honor of the consuls of countries accredited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia here. The ceremony aims to highlight the IIRO's activities and achievements in the field of charitable and humanitarian work under the auspices of Dr. Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al-Turki, Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL), and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IIRO. On the occasion, the IIRO Secretary General, Dr. Adnan Basha has delivered a speech in which he reviewed the humanitarian and charitable activities of the IIRO in many Islamic countries, and praised the pioneering role played by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in supporting the activities of the IIRO.
