Six people were killed and one was injured in an explosion at a factory in east China's Shandong Province today. The blast occurred at Hengyang Asitaike Anticorrosive Equipment Co., Ltd, Zhoucun Economic Development Zone, Zibo City, at 2:50 p.m., said a statement from the development zone's publicity department. Six people died at the scene and one person was taken to hospital. Police are investigating the incident, Xinhua reported.
