About 30000 persons have benefited from the medical caravan organized by the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) in Senegal. WAMY's assistant secretary general in Makkah province Dr Mohammed Badahdah said the organization of the medical caravan aimed at providing villagers in Fatick and Kaolack regions, west of Dakar, with free primary health care services as well as enhancing the principles of Islamic fraternity and the awareness of the Muslims. WAMY's officials have delivered lectures and distributed Islamic publications in a manner that paved the way for 14 persons to embrace Islam.
