The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Rwanda's President Paul Kagame on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz wished the President permanent good health and happiness and Rwanda's people steady progress and prosperity.
