The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences to Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the floods that struck Brazil recently causing deaths, casualties and missing of people. In his cable, the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed deep condolences and sincere sympathy to the President, the families of the victims and the people of Brazil.
