The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Luxembourg's Grand Duke on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
In his cable, the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the Grand Duke permanent good health and happiness and Luxembourg's people steady progress and prosperity.
