King to Patronize International Islamic Conference to mark MWL's 50th Anniversary

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdul-Aziz, the MWL's General Secretariat will organize an international Islamic conference in Makkah to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Muslim World League from July 31 up to August 02, 2010.
This was announced by MWL's Secretary General Dr Abdullah Bin Abdul-Mohsin Al-Turki.
Dr Al-Turki lauded the great attention given by King Abdullah to the MWL.
The MWL, which is a great Islamic entity, would not have earned a good reputation at the international arena without the grace of Allah Almighty and the support of the Saudi Kings and Leaders, he said, adding that this support has enabled the MWL to carry out its programs and prompted the United Nations to award the MWL the certificate of the messenger of peace.
