The Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabiah said that the Ministry of Health has worked with the Council of Arab Health Ministers for the establishment of a factory for the production of blood plasma derivatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve all countries in the region. In a press statement following a ceremony held here last night by General Department of Laboratories and Blood Banks on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, he said that Health Services Council completed with the participation of Ministries of Finance and Civil Service a study on allowances for medical cadres, including doctors.
