Crown Prince congratulates Philippine President

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, sent a cable of congratulations to Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on the anniversary of her country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and her people steady progress and prosperity.
