Crown Prince sends cable to President of Philippines

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of Congratulations to President of Philippines Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on the anniversary of her country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
