Dr Bandar Al-Eiban, the Head of the Human Rights Commission (HRC), said the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah ibn Abdulaziz is characterized by his clear ideas and wisdom at the local, regional and international arenas. King Abdullah is known of his frankness and keenness on enhancing the Arab relations, he said in an article on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of King Abdullah's accession to the throne. King Abdullah has pledged to follow the footsteps of his great father and his brothers and to hold high the Holy Quran as the country's constitution, he said, adding that King Abdullah is an extraordinary character and his positive impact has surpassed the borders, and he has topped the list of the most influential personalities in the world.
