Under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to support the Palestinian people in the occupied Gaza Strip and alleviate their suffering, because of the Israeli continued siege and aggression, a Saudi convoy of humanitarian aid left Amman, Jordan yesterday heading for the Strip. The convoy consists of 25 trucks, representing the 2nd batch of donations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and contains about 1200 tons of flour produced by Saudi Arabian Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization, in addition to food provided by charitable organizations in the Kingdom of Jordan. In a press statement on this occasion, Prince Rashed bin Al-Hassan Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Charity Organization of Jordan, expressed sincere thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques of his continued support of the Commission and people of the Gaza Strip.
