The World Wide Association for Introducing Islam, an affiliate of Muslim World League (MWL), has started its first conference in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, which is the first conference to be held in Latin America for the introduction of Islam. The Association's Assistant Secretary General Sheikh Habib bin Mohammed Al-Harithy said the conference is convened to instill the culture of introducing Islam amidst Muslim minorities, and correct misconceptions about Islam.
