Under the patronage of Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabia, the Saudi Association for Evidence-Based Health Care will organize here on Wednesday the first symposium entitled "Towards Evidence Based Health Care". The Director General of Executive Board of Council of Health Ministers of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, Dr. Tawfiq bin Ahmed Khoja, who is also President of the Saudi Association, pointed out that the symposium comes within a series of activities and programs carried out by the Executive Board in partnership with the Ministry of Health, associations and health and education sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to promote adoption and application of the concept of evidence-based health care since 1420H.
