The Ministerial Committee concerned with dealing informal settlements should supervise the preparation and implementation of a new comprehensive and an integrated land development scheme for the East of Jeddah Governorate, and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Jeddah Municipality should prepare the scheme, approve and implement it. 7 - Emphasis on expediting the enforcement of the Cabinet's decision No. 276 dated 14/11/1422H on demarcating the land of Ain-Aziziyyah Waqf (Endowment) to ensure prevention of trespassing on it, to develop its revenues, and to monitor collection of revenues by an independent committee, and to confirm the termination of the sale of its land, according to the order No. 1760/M dated 26/03/1417H. 8- The formation of a committee from the Ministry of Finance, General Auditing Bureau, Control and Investigation Board (CIB) and the Governorate of Makkah Province, to define all companies, institutions, and consulting offices that have been proved of their dereliction and negligence or whoever is discovered later of their dereliction and negligence, to be referred to the Committee mentioned under clause 78 of the regulation of government tenders and procurements. 9- The Ministry of Interior will insert crimes of financial and administrative corruption within the crimes which are not included under the specified pardon instructions, orders and regulations relating to combating corruption. Fourthly: The Higher Committee formed by order No. 4298 / 2 dated 01/04/1431H, will follow up implementation the above-mentioned recommendations, complete what is required, deal with the latest developments, and propose what it deems is necessary for the achievement of the (general) interest. Our Decree will be intimated to the concerned bodies for its implementation.
