The Director-General of Executive Board of Health Ministerial Council of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states Dr. Tawfiq bin Ahmed Khoja, has commended the royal order of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to build a medical city affiliated with Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain at a cost of SR 1 billion as a gift from the Saudi people to Bahrain's people and other peoples of GCC states. In a press statement on the occasion of hosting the 12th Consultative Meeting of Leaders of GCC states in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, Dr. Tawfiq pointed out that the GCC Council has been achieving great progress in political, economic, military, health, education, business, culture, media, youth and sports fields.
