Royal order appoints commander of naval forces

A royal order promoted major general DhakhailAllah bin Ahmad bin Mohammad Alwaqdani to lieutenant general and appointed him as commander of the naval forces.
The order was issued here today by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
