Joe Grant, pilot of plane of King Abdulaziz dies at 102

The pilot Joseph (joe) Grant of the plane of late King Abdulaziz has died last Tuesday evening in New York city at the age of 102.
Captain Joe Grant was chosen to be the pilot of the Royal airplane / DC 3 / donated by U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt, in 1945, to the late King Abdulaziz.
On the occasion, Prince Sultan bin Salman, founder and president of the Council of the Saudi Aviation Club said that "The pilot, Joseph Grant was a friend liked the Kingdom and its people, and was often telling me about his memories with the King Founder and with citizens who wished to return to live with them".
