White House officials to brief on Gulf oil spill

U.S. Homeland Security secretary Janet Napolitano, Environmental Protection Agency adminsitrator Lisa Jackson and other officials will brief reporters at the White House today about a widening oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, Reuters quoted the White House as saying.
