Uthaymeen said that the Cabinet reviewed a number of issues on its agenda and issued the following decisions: The Cabinet authorized the Second Deputy Premier, the Interior Minister (or his deputy) to discuss and sign with the Indonesian side a draft agreement on security cooperation between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Higher Education (or his deputy) to discuss and sign with the Finnish side a draft memorandum of scientific and educational cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Finland. The Cabinet appointed the businessmen, Mohamed bin Omran Al-Omran and Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Ammar as members of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Railways Organization for a period of three years effective the date of this decision. The Cabinet authorized the Governor of Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (or his deputy) to sign three draft agreements on the encouragement and reciprocal protection of investments between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Governments of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Republic of Greece and the Republic of Cyprus. --More
