Lebanese President receives message from Kuwaiti Emir

Lebanese President Michel Suleiman received a message from Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The message was delivered to the Lebanese President by the Kuwaiti Emir's Special Envoy Mohammed Abu Al-Hasan during a meeting held in Beirut today.
The message dealt with ways of enhancing relations between the two countries.
