French President receives message from Kuwaiti Emir

French President Nicholas Sarkozy received here today a message from Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The message dealt with issues of common interest in addition to ways of enhancing relations between the two countries in all fields.
The message was handed over today to President Sarkozy by Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
