U.S. President Barack Obama wants legislation in place reforming financial regulations by the September two-year anniversary of the 2008 Wall Street near-collapse, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said Tuesday. "The president would like to see with his signature strong rules in place certainly by the two-year anniversary," Gibbs told reporters, adding that Obama does not believe it is unrealistic to expect that legislation could be on his desk for signature into law by the end of May.
