U.S. Trade Mission Visits Eastern Province Chamber Wednesday

A U.S. trade delegation comprising 24 members of 19 American companies will visit the headquarters of Eastern Province's Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday.
These American companies are engaged in sectors of oil, gas, information technology, petrochemicals, insurance, engineering, banking, transport, communications, security, health, and contracting.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the top trading partner of the United States in the Middle East. In 2008, Trade exchanges between the two countries exceeded SR 193 billion. Saudi imports from the United States amounted to SR 45.9 billion, while Saudi exports accounted for SR 147.4 billion.
