King Abdullah II of Jordan held here today talks with Syrian President, Bashar Al-Asad at the sidelines of Arab 22nd Summit. During the meeting, the two leaders discussed issues on summit's agenda, particularly current regional situation, endeavors to achieve peace in the region and means to enhance Arab mutual cooperation. They asserted too, during the meeting, the importance of promoting bilateral relations through practical and institutional steps that may positively reflect on their two countries. -- SPA
