The GCC Technical Standards Commission will hold its 19th meeting here on Sunday. The participants of the meeting are scheduled to review aspects of cooperation among the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in the field of standards and other related topics. They will also review the efforts of the Commission as regards removing technical obstacles that impede the development of trade exchange among the member states. Additionally, they will discuss aspects of cooperation between the Commission and other similar international organizations. The GCC is made of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
