The Higher Military Committee, comprising Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces in member states of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will hold its second meeting in Kuwait on Tuesday. The Chiefs of Staff are scheduled to review a number of topics including issues pertaining to Al-Jazeerah Shield, the joint military exercises and other aspect of military cooperation among the GCC states. The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
