Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, today paid a visit to the "Islamic Innovations Exhibition" in London. In a statement following the visit, the Ambassador said such works are confirming the principle of dialogue among followers of civilizations and the process of acculturation which was called for by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Admired by the collections, Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf said they reflect the extent of Islamic and Arab contribution to the world's culture and innovations. The fair also provides the youths of a chance to have a look to the great achievements of their grandfathers in the current human civilization, he said. During his tour of the exhibition, Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf was briefed on the contents and the goals of the event by Professor Salim Al-Hosni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sciences, Technology and Civilization Corporation, which organized the expo in collaboration with the Saudi-based Abdullatif Jameel Establishment. More than 85,000 visitors so far reached the exhibition at the Sciences Museum in the luxurious neighborhood of Kingston downtown London.
