Aziz yesterday before Majlis Al-Shura, the Dammam-based Al-Yaum said the King has crossed t's and dotted i's of various issues. The King has made the broad guidelines for the present and the prospective future honestly and accurately taking into account the current circumstances and developments. The King reiterated the Kingdom's adherence to its deep-rooted principles and its keenness on maintaining good regional and international relations. The speech contains several local , Arab, regional and international dimensions as well as the concept of the social responsibility and the general national concept, the daily noted. The paper drew attention to the fact that the King was frank, as he has been always accustomed to be so, when he said that what has been accomplished does not meet our growing aspirations and that the Kingdom is determined to go ahead on the path of constant and uninterrupted development and progress. When the King said that 'the country is for all', actually he was deepening the concept of citizenship, which means that he does not tolerate classifications on ideological, cultural, ethnic or racial bases, the paper elaborated. This means that all citizens are equal as regards rights and duties and the country was established on the creed of monotheism. --MORE
