Six gunmen were destroyed and other 15 gunmen were detained in a special operation in Ingushetia on Tuesday. The detainees are under investigation for involvement in the gangs, a source in the republican law enforcement agencies told Itar-Tass. On Wednesday, the law enforcement agencies “resumed the search through the special operation area suspended on Tuesday with the dark fall.” The special operation was carried out in the Nazran region of Ingushetia near the village of Ekazhevo. The gunmen were trapped up at the abandoned farm. On the demands to surrender they opened fire at the law enforcers.
