Finance Minister Dr Ibrahim Al-Assaf will lead the Saudi delegation to the meetings of the Saudi-Syrian joint commission due to be held in Damascus on Saturday and Sunday. The Commission will review aspects of bilateral cooperation in spheres of economy, education, health, water, electricity, culture, information, tourism, youth and sports. Meanwhile, the Forum of Saudi and Syrian businessmen and investors will also held a session, on the fringe of the Commission's deliberations and engage in in-depth review of available investment opportunities in the two countries. Dr Al-Assaf will be accompanied by a number of senior officials and businessmen.
